ATY is by using compressed air as the driving force, a series of physical changes such as loosening, displacement, entanglement, and formation of loop knots occur in the chemical fiber filament in the nozzle, resulting in a deformed yarn with a significant difference in structure and performance from the original yarn.

Its characteristic is that the surface of the yarn is distributed with many silk loops of different shapes and sizes, which are similar to the hairiness of short fiber yarn. The yarn body is a complex mixed structure composed of multiple single filaments intertwined, twisted, and knotted together. 

These characteristics determine that it has excellent performance of imitating yarn and wool. 

The processed textured yarn has both the properties of filament and short fiber yarn, with strong wool sensation, good hand feel, and better coverage than short fiber yarn.
